It all started when…

you experienced that day that felt like it would never end, or that childhood experience that seemed to taint the hand that you’ve been dealt. Here’s the thing, we are often told to just push through pain and that amazing things happen on the other side of it. But, I’ve got news for you, if you lean into your pain, you’ll find a lot of your purpose. Many of us lead, teach, or create to prevent others from experiencing some of our most negative experiences. So, if you look closely into your wounds, you’ll often find your “Why?”

This month’s masterclass is an introduction to Gahmya Drummond-Bey’s moonshot training experience. The moonshot training has been deemed a transformational experience by dozens of educators and entrepreneurs, who have used it to write books, shift their focus, and launch business. In fact, this particular moonshot training not only assists you with connecting to what you are on this planet to do, but it also helps you to take your ‘why’ and brainstorm possible courses that you could create.

As an international curriculum designer, Gahmya Drummond-Bey has designed courses and learning programs in over 20 countries. Although she finds it important to train others to design courses to enhance learning experiences worldwide, she also sees it as a powerful tool that educators can use to monetize their own unique skillset as educators. When educators have financial freedom, they are more willing to push back against educational norms, be more innovative, and take risks that are in the interest of their students. When educators succeed and have healthy mindsets, we all win.
