I lead with my heart first in the classroom. I don't always know what to do or what to say. But, I know that at the end of the day, we all want to feel seen, heard, valued, supported, and adored. We all want to feel safe. We all want to know that we matter.
So...I start there.
When there is a crisis and you don't know what to do, start there.
Start with your heart.
