How to help my child stop fidgeting on zoom

Kids are getting fidgety during online learning and that is perfectly normal.

Here are a few tips that I hope will help you to help them have a more enjoyable experience and get their wiggles out! ðŸ¤—🤗

When I taught in South Korea,
the director of my academy introduced stress relievers to help our students to deal with anxiety.

Korean Kindergarteners are often in school for at least 6 hours a day.

Our students were often given sheets of newspaper to rip, packets of pasta to snap, and cotton balls to pull apart whenever they needed to keep their hands busy. ðŸ¤©

This was incredible to watch and would be GREAT to have nearby for your child during online learning.

In fact, I often like to pull apart balls of cotton during my own meetings (not when I'm teaching because my hands are always active, but when I am in business meetings.

These are a few tools, but I do help they assist you in further supporting your children as they learn remotely.

What would you add to the list?

Sending love,

Gahmya
