Stop asking, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

We do children a complete disservice each and every time we ask them the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" It's limiting and anxiety-inducing.

Check out this clip from my interview, where I discuss the importance of this shift in questioning, with NBC.
